On-Site Facilities

Hose Mate specialises in providing customised on-site hose manufacturing and assembly workshops tailored to your specific requirements. Our goal is to ensure that our customers can efficiently handle hose assembly and repairs on-site, minimising any downtime.

We offer two options so that you can choose the most suitable arrangement for you: consignment leases or outright purchase. 

Our mobile hose workshops, ranging from 20ft to 40ft, are meticulously designed and equipped with the necessary components. These include:

• Uniflex S6 hose press
• Uniflex EM 3.2 Ecoline Hose Saws
• Air Conditioning and lighting
• 3-meter hose assembly bench
• Hose storage racks
• Hose reel stands
• Louvred panels for bin storage of fittings and adaptors

All on-site hose manufacturing workshop customers are given training on how to use the equipment, and our workshop manager makes regular visits to clean and stock the workshop with the hoses and fittings you regularly use and need at hand.

RFID Tracking

HoseMate has the ability to provide a complete hose life cycle history and reporting system to their clients on a multi-level location-based platform by using Tagitive’s RFID-enabled hose tracking system.
