A2D Mining & Civil is a locally-owned company that delivers sustainable practices in land clearing services throughout Kalgoorlie-Boulder. 

The company commenced operations in April 2019 when directors Glen and Adrian saw an opportunity to take over an existing contract in the Northern Goldfields. They built on it and used their 40 years of combined experience in heavy-duty machinery maintenance. Fast forward to 2021, where A2D Mining’s core service is to provide safe, cost-effective and environmentally-responsible land clearing methods and removal of topsoil. 

Due to our extensive experience across large mine fleets, mid-range tails, dam operations, road transport and exploration drilling, you can trust A2D to deliver a rapid and efficient maintenance response to ensure maximum machine availability and minimal downtime.

We also have machinery available for dry hire. That includes excavators, dump trucks, dozers, a service truck, and tow scrapers. Moreover, A2D is the only company locally to provide these tow scrapers for topsoil removal, stockpiling and relocation.

A2D is known for more than land clearing and topsoil removal. We’re also known for helping the mining and industrial sectors with their civil project requirements. 

In line with A2D Mining’s commitment to sustainable practices, the topsoil we remove is stockpiled and relocated for future rehabilitation requirements. Our earthmoving contractors also service small mining operations and finishing pits. 

Like many locally-owned and operated businesses in the Goldfields, A2D Mining & Civil is focused on sustaining the community and local industry. We do this by employing local operators and personnel and supporting local organisations, events and other local businesses. Moreover, all of A2D Mining's suppliers are Kalgoorlie-Boulder based.
