Willweld is a Western Australian-owned and operated company that has been providing commercial and industrial clients with quality fabrication and welding services for over 16 years. Our expertise covers a wide range of site welding and fabrication services, catering to various industries and diverse requirements throughout Western Australia.

Established on April 2007, Willweld initially started as a mobile welding service. With a fully-equipped workshop facility, we can quickly meet our client's needs. Today, we boast a team of 28 employees and have grown from operating a single welding unit from home to having seven mobile welding units and extensive workshop facilities.

Sandvik LH517 bogger bucket

We've worked on a Sandvik LH517 bogger bucket out the door after some much-needed repairs, including: 

  • New cast corners
  • New profile bars
  • New cheek plates
  • Full set of heel blocks
  • Sidewall protection
  • A fresh coat of paint

Epiroc MT65 tray 

An Epiroc MT65 tray rebuild smashed out on site. With a complete wear package: 

  • Designed
  • Drafted
  • Supplied
  • Installed

HD1500 tray

A few HD1500 wear package installations for a client in Perth before being mobilised to the site. A total of 6 trays were fitted out with this specific wear package designed and drafted by the Willweld team.

Komatsu 375 blade

Itemised blade skins were installed to minimise maintenance times on site as well as a completely new headboard, new tilt cylinder guards, and cheek wear protection. 

HD1500 tray refurbishment

After working in some of the harshest conditions, our team worked on bringing the tray back to life. Works included: 

  • Replacing the rear dove tail section 
  • Replacing structural floor plate component
  • Installing a full-wear package 
  • Painting of tray on completion of works

Komatsu bucket

A bucket that has been 3D scanned and remodelled to suit clients' specifications, as well as utilising PAC60 overlay wear plate to maximise service life.
